Nice place

We stayed here before and liked it so we were happy to return on our trip south. The sites are paved and flat. The restrooms are well maintained. We were only there overnight and it rained the whole time so very little time spent outside. Last time we were here we took a nice walk along the Kentucky River up to where it meets the Ohio River.

Winter Travel Stay

Cindy and Two Rivers Campground bent over backwards to provide a site for us a week ago during extreme cold and 12 inches of snow. They had our site plowed along with access. They responded to our phone calls quickly -- extremely responsive! Thank you Cindy and Two Rivers.

Our go-to winter camp

This is our 3rd stay at 2Rivers. We were so fortunate to find this open-all year campground several years ago. Service is great, people are ultra helpful. Use exit 44 from I-71, not exit 43.

GREAT campground

This is our first stop on our way south for the winter.its always clean, easy to navigate with our 40' motorhome towing a car. Restrooms super clean, women's nice and warm. We always try to eat at the restaurant in town that's on the river, serves comfort food.

Camping at 2 Rivers

I recently stayed at 2 Rivers Campground in Carrollton, Kentucky — and it was a wonderful, peaceful escape. Nestled at the confluence of the Ohio and Kentucky rivers, the campground offers serene water views, lush greenery, and a sense of calm that’s rare to find. Our site was well-maintained and roomy, with level ground, helpful hookups and easy access to clean restrooms and showers. Evenings were magical: sunset over the river brought soft pinks and purples, the air felt fresh, and there was a lovely quietude broken only by rustling leaves or distant water sounds. Staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care that my stay was comfortable. I appreciated how easy it was to get in and out — especially with a service dog in tow — and I felt safe and welcome throughout. The campground strikes the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenient access to nearby conveniences, like Carrollton’s quaint small-town charm and local shops. Whether you’re looking for a restful riverside retreat or a base for weekend adventures, 2 Rivers Campground delivers. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves nature, quiet nights, and easy-going hospitality.

Nice pull-through site. Beautiful area to walk along the river - "Point Park River Walk Trail Head" Or to sit and enjoy the view of the two rivers. Clean restroom/shower house. Is kept quite warm in there.

Excellent Campground

We've have been staying at Two Rivers campground on a regular basis since 2019, and it is one of our favorites. It just has a laid back feel about it. Probably because of its small amount of spots. Go ahead and book it. You won't regret it.

Great place

Last minute change from General Butler SP due to them shutting off water and sewer. Available site at Two Rivers found online-confirmed FHU and easy booking online. Pull through was level so unhooking from trailer was not necessary. Quiet and very clean - great little park.

Great place

Love camping here. Noticed this weekend several.of the fire pits had trash in them solo cups, cans and soda bottles. Attention should be to checking sites after use and hold campers accountable for not cleaning up after themselves.
