OLIVE RV RESORT IS AMAZING! WITH VERY EASY ACCESS TO THE HIGHWAY 78, YOU CAN BE IN OCEANSIDE PIER OR ESCONDIDO RETAIL DISTRICT IN 15 MINS. CATCH A LIFT ON THE LIGHT RAIL FOR A MORE SCENIC ROUTE THROUGH DOWNTOWN VISTA! HAVE A SIT DOWN MEAL AT BLACK BEAR DINER OR CATCH A BITE AT THE LOCAL TACO SHOP, PRIMO'S FOOD MART! THE RESORT OFFERS GREAT AMENITIES IF YOU FEEL LIKE STAYING IN. A POOL, HEATED HOT TUB, LOUNGE AREA WITH ACTIVITIES AND A GREAT COFFEE BAR. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT OLIVE RV RESORT IF YOU HAVENT ALREADY!

We stayed at the Olive Avenue RV Resort for three nights in a towed RV. We used a pull-through site (#11). The site was nice, level, with a tree nearby the picnic table, but had little vegetation. The WIFI was, in a word, stunning. Best WIFI we've ever experienced at any RV park. The RV grounds were very nice overall, clean, streets wide and very well maintained. We met Jeff, the site manager, who was cheerful and very helpful. The pool & spa was crystal clear, roomy, with ample chaise seating. Two small recommendations: 1.) The two dog walk areas need some clean-up. It seems that maintenance (odor prevention) in this area could be improved. 2.) The "Check-In" sign could be more prominent at the entry...it is easily missed by a first-timer, causing confusion upon entry. Overall, Very.Well.Done!! We will be back!

I enthusiastically recommend this rv resort if you’re looking for a site. The staff is great, the facilities are always cleaned and well maintained. This will be my go to spot when I return to SoCal! It was a short 18 minute commute to Camp Pendleton when I was stationed there.

Olive Avenue RV Resort is a place my family proudly calls a home away from home. My kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Their clubhouse/lobby serves as an impeccable recreation area with puzzles, television, & a coffee bar. The laundromat near the leasing office is ALWAYS fully functioning and readily available. I highly recommend anyone looking for a clean, well maintained, and properly managed resort to stop in and see for yourself the promising experience my family has received.

The people that work here are amazing. Great place to stay when visiting north San Diego.

Stayed for 6 months, staff is awesome and accommodating. Park is very clean and also very safe. New high speed WiFi, pool spa , clean laundry room and respectful neighbors. Sites are a lil close together but that’s normal in California. Prices are what you expect in CA. All around great spot. Will def stay again when I get work down in SD

The rv park amazing. Super manicured and very well kept. Central to Legoland and other parts of Carlsbad. We have an amazing time and we will return on our way back north. Management was super easy to work with and reservations were extremely easy to arrange. The response time from texting eric was under 10 minutes. Every question was answered

Did a quick stopover in Vista to visit friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The park is easy to get into and out of. Nice pad length for our 5th wheel. Restroom and pool area were nice and clean.

Centrally located to a number of areas to visit. 15 minutes from the Beach and 45 Minutes from San Diego. There is also a Enterprise Rental a half mile if you need a rental. Showers and pool area are very clean and the hot tub was relaxing. Only thing that would have been nice is to have a pool table or ping pong for the kids and adults in the club house.
