Camp Crescent

We have stayed here many times. We love the campground. Last stay because of Covid showers were closed but that was fine since we were self contained. So much to do there. It's right on lake and beautiful. Staff are so friendly. My 7 year old granddaughter had the most wonderful time. Biking is great they have a trail that is 30 miles long or you can ride the streets and go aroound the lake it is 8 miles. Traffic is so bike friendly. On our other trips there when facilities were open they were well kept. I and my family 5 campers will be back in June. Usually they have concert series during summer time at the stone pier right by the campground.

We made reservations for our camper and was told a tent would fit. It did not. We had hardly any space. Then the rain came and we woke up to all of our things floating and our whole sitting area was basically a lake. The activities and beach were the only positive thing about this visit.I understand you can't control the weather but most of these sites are on low ground so it's very obvious that they would flood. This was mine and my family's first visit here and it was really just a big disappointing trip.Unless things change with the space and conditions of the sites. I don't see myself coming back.
