• You must be at least 23 years of age to rent a cabin or home
• Reservation Deposit is 50% of your rental fee and is due when making your reservation
• Minimum Stay: 3 nights for peak season and holidays; 1 night for non-peak and discount season
• If you attempt to book less than the required minimum stay, cabins will show NO availability
• 1 night reservations will have an additional cleaning fee.
• Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded
• Eligibility for discounts will be verified upon check-in
• Pets must be identified when booking and pet agreement must be signed prior to arrival
• No smoking allowed in cabins or recreational building
• Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am
• No tents or RV’s allowed on site
