Cancellation of 4 or less nights fee...$12.00 plus first nights fee.
Cancellation of 5 or more nights fee...$12.00 plus ALL nights fee.

Reservations must be made 1 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL and can be made up to 9 months in advance of arrival date.
There is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR WEEKENDS.
Reservations cannot be more than a 14 day stay.
