MINIMUM STAY: Memorial Day Wknd (3 Nights), 4th of July Week (3 Nights), Unadilla Race Wknd (2 Nights), Labor Day Wknd (3 Nights), Columbus Day Wknd (2 Nights)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Non Holiday Cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee equal to one (1) days reservation fee if canceled a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. In addition, Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Holiday and Special Event reservations are non-refundable. Reservations may be rescheduled a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival for alternate dates for a $50 change fee (does not apply to seasonal camping; regular reservation cancellation/payment policies still apply). No refunds are issued for early departure or inclimate weather.
