Olive Avenue RV Resort

Good location, easy access from HWY 78. Concrete pads for parking. Back-in sites are wider to allow vehicle parking next to unit. Be careful of soil in wet conditions, very soft and muddy.

We really enjoy our stays at Olive Ave RV Park. The park looked great this year! Staff if very friendly and professional. Five stars. We plan to be back next year. Thank you!!

We have been at the Olive Avenue Rv Resort for 6mo. The park is clean and very quiet. The management that run the park are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this park for anyone visiting the area.

Facility was in the best possible condition considering the weather conditions

Great Management team, the lady in the office is very friendly and helpful, the park is kept very clean, and others on site are helpful and friendly. the park itself is quiet and feels safe.

We have stayed at Olive Ave. RV Resort many times. Friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area, keep the resort clean and keep an eye on things.

We have stayed many times at this RV park. Management are very pleasant and very helpful. The park is clean and well kept. Unlike other parks, we felt safe and although we locked everything up, I don’t think there was anything to worry about. A couple of complaints: - the slope of the RV sites. It isn’t easy to get your RV level, and once you do, the step getting out of the RV are quite high. (Potential fall waiting to happen.) This last visit, management provided us with a step which helped a lot. - the no refund policy. Life happens. We too had to leave the early from one of our visits and was not given a refund or credit for next time.

When we arrived I let them know we would have to leave early, they told me NO refunds. I did let them know 4 days before we had to leave. They should have refunded something.

Nice Rv park. We were gone during the day so can’t comment on day time activities but nighttime were many barking dogs, mostly locked in their rv’s with no one home. Very disturbing and frustrating when u like to keep windows open.
