The reservations process was very confusing and not very convenient for the customer. We reserved 3 nights and could not be accommodated in the forest area so we took anything that was available. On the concrete area. The reason we were posed to stay was of an emergent reason. A pet of ours needed surgical services which caused us to stay longer. When you’re traveling in a large rv unit, it’s not that easy to just unplug and move. When we asked if we could stay longer, we were told we needed to move only to find that where we were assigned, THAT person was being relocated to our spot. Something has to be done with accommodation for the current paying customers. This was such an inconvenience to have to pick up and move! Being our pet was in the hospital , WE HAD No choice. We had to stay. We’ve stayed in the park every year we come and we love mammoth and because of our size of rv we have no choice to stay in the rv park. I’m just saying the thought process of reservations is really rediculous and someone needs to change the way it’s handled.
